Good balance of flavor if you don’t like the taste of tumeric I cannot stand the taste of tumeric, but I am familiar with its health benefits. My husband can drink it straight simply mixed in water, but that combo makes me want to hurl, so I had to figure out a different way to go about adding it to my diet. This tea is perfect!
