Helps me with my inflammation and pain! Turmeric, curcumin and ginger are all good for the body. I take this instead of ibuprofen for inflammation and pain. I’ve had two recent injuries, so I take 1 capsule every 6 hours. If I am in more pain than usual, I take it more often or take 2 capsules. I did notice that if I take too much, it must build up in my tissues and makes my feet itch.
